Personal account

The personal account page at /account is user-specific, unlike /settings, which changes the active organization. It shows profile identity, how many organizations/workspaces you belong to, the active organization, and shortcuts to organization settings, billing, and developer access when an organization is selected.

/account/profile lets you edit your personal profile. Other unknown account subpaths return to the account overview.

Notifications

Choose personal email preferences for:

• task assignment and work reminders
• training invitations and reminders
• vendor-questionnaire workflow
• lifecycle and billing messages
• welcome/onboarding messages

Notification preference does not change the underlying task, assignment, or organization responsibility. Use the relevant register to verify outstanding work even when email is disabled.

Account versus Personnel

An account is a person who can sign in to Noru. A Personnel record is the canonical compliance identity aggregated from HR, identity, and other sources. They may be linked, but they serve different purposes: changing your profile does not rewrite the authoritative HR/IdP facts in Personnel.
