Risk reports in the app is /risk/reports.

Risk reports are for communication: leadership and stakeholders want the “so what” without digging through every entry.

Use this when…

Open a report type to preview current live data. Generating the report stores a versioned snapshot with generator and timestamp; only a generated snapshot can be downloaded. The history table lets reviewers reopen or delete prior snapshots where authorized.

Generate reports at defined governance points—such as management review or an audit cut-off—rather than whenever the live page changes. Verify totals, scope, narrative, and exceptions before distribution. A generated report preserves what Noru knew at that time, but source records and linked artifacts remain the authoritative detail.
