Noru provides support for platform access issues, configuration assistance, incident investigation, and bug resolution.

Channels and Hours

Support is available via email and the Noru ticketing portal during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET).

Incident Handling

Critical incidents are prioritized and handled with urgency.
